Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to yunmiglobal@gmail.com including the following details:

Your order number

SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange

Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

3. After receiving your return& exchange application , our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail within 7 days, or application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.

4. Drop off your package at the local post office.

5. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

6. Refund & exchange will be processed within 24h-7 working days once get return package.(the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Note:

1. Return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 7 days we will not be able to accept your request.
2. Return address isn't the company address on Hilolita website. Our customer service will provide you a return address after return authorized.
3. Products with custom made, disposable, swimsuits, close-fitting lingerie, underwear, Clearance items, pet supply, used and damaged are unavailable for return. 
4. Please make sure return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories and promotional gifts must be returned together.
5. After receiving the return address, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process. If the parcel is returned to other address, we cannot refund or exchange.
6. Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
7. Return and reship cost is on buyer, freight collect isn't acceptable.
8. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
